Meet The Team

Tanya McCormack, Au.D.
Doctor of Clinical Audiology
Dr. Tanya (Jones) McCormack was born and raised in Washington and attended St. Francis Borgia through high school. She received her Bachelor of Science from Marquette University, Master of Science degree from Washington University, and a Doctorate in Clinical Audiology from Salus University. She started the Audiology Division at Patient’s First Health Care in 2007. She expanded the practice with Mercy Clinic until 2020. She was honored to receive a “Five Star Excellence Award” in 2016 and 2017 for scoring in the top 10% nationally for overall quality of care with Mercy. She has been featured on the “Ask the Doctor” Segment on KLPW, traveled on two medical mission trips to Honduras, volunteered at Homestead, and was a guest lecturer and mentor with Health Occupations and Biomedical Science classes through the Washington School District. She has also been a clinical supervisor for students in the Doctoral program at Washington University. She is extremely proud of starting her own business in 2020- Washington Hearing Center -which was the first Audiology private practice in Washington, MO– Washington Hearing Center.
Dr. Tanya and her husband, John, have been living in Washington since 2012 with their three children. Tanya thoroughly enjoys giving back to her community. Tanya has served on the Washington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors since 2019. She was elected to the Chamber Executive Board in 2022 and served as the Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce in 2025. She will complete her time dedicated to the Chamber Board at the end of 2026. She also was elected to serve two consecutive 3 year terms as a Board Member at Franklin County Country Club from 2019-2025. She is also extremely honored to be part of the Advisory Board with the Bank of Washington. She has enjoyed working with the United Way Power of the Purse committee and on the Board of the Parent-Teacher-Student Organization at a local elementary school in the past.
Dr. Tanya is committed to providing a patient-centered approach. Her ultimate goal is help improve a patient’s quality of life through better hearing. She is truly passionate about hearing healthcare and looks forward to offering comprehensive, diagnostic services and treatment options for years to come. She is a member of both State and National organizations including Missouri Academy of Audiology, American Academy of Audiology, as well as the Academy of Doctors of Audiology.

Allison Love, Au.D.
Doctor of Clinical Audiology
Dr. Allison Love received her Bachelor of Science at Fontbonne University in St. Louis and her Doctorate of Audiology at Missouri State University in Springfield. She completed her clinical externship at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Allison is a member of both State and National organizations including Missouri Academy of Audiology and American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Allison enjoys working with both adults and children. Specializing in the fitting of hearing aids, she takes satisfaction in helping her patients to hear better and have a better quality of life. Allison has great compassion for her patients as she also has hearing loss and has worn hearing aids since the age of three. While Allison grew up in St. Louis County, she has resided in Franklin County since 2009 and really enjoys the beautiful scenery. In her free time, Allison enjoys riding her horse and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Allison feels incredibly honored to be part of Dr. Cliff’s HearingUp Network. HearingUp was created to help consumers find high-quality hearing care. Sue Zimmer
Office Manager
Sue is the glue and the “real boss” of Washington Hearing Center. She is a licensed Audiology Aide and has worked with Tanya for many years. She is experienced in hearing aid maintenance and repairs. She can also provide support regarding scheduling, as well as insurance and billing questions.

Anne Lober
Patient Care Coordinator
Anne is the first smiling face when you walk in the door at Washington Hearing Center. Anne helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey with us.
